About Kaunas
Kaunas is Lithuania's second biggest city in the central part of the country, at the confluence of the two biggest rivers in country, Nemunas and Neris. City is an important industrial, transport, education and cultural center, the provisional capital. Kaunas is situated 100 km from Vilnius and 250 km from the port city of Klaipeda.
